Thermocouple Sensors

Thermocouples consist of two dissimilar metal wires joined at a hot junction; as temperature changes, a millivolt signal is generated. The most common alloy combinations are known as type J and type K thermocouples. Advantages of thermocouple sensors include low cost, small size, wide temperature ranges and faster response (than RTDs).

Probes (with Connection Head) (15)
Thermocouples consist of two dissimilar metal wires joined at a hot junction; as temperature changes, a millivolt signal is generated. A1 Type J and Type K probes with IP67 connection heads offer measuring ranges from 0 to 1000 degrees C. -
Probes (Spring-loaded with Connection Head) (6)
Thermocouples consist of two dissimilar metal wires joined at a hot junction; as temperature changes, a millivolt signal is generated. A1 type J and type K probes with IP67 connection heads and spring-loaded probes are used to assure target contact. Measuring ranges are available from 0 to 400degrees C. -
Probes (with Hex Nipple) (9)
Thermocouples consist of two dissimilar metal wires joined at a hot junction; as temperature changes, a millivolt signal is generated. A1 type J and type K probes with hex nipples allow easy probe replacement and connection to a junction box. Measuring ranges are available from 0 to 1000 degrees C. -
Probes (with Attached Plug) (15)
Thermocouples consist of two dissimilar metal wires joined at a hot junction; as temperature changes, a millivolt signal is generated. A1 type J, K, and T probes with an attached plug allow for quick and easy plug-in connections (mating connectors sold separately). Measuring ranges are available from -200 to 400 degrees C. -
Probes (with Lead Wire Transition) (18)
Thermocouples consist of two dissimilar metal wires joined at a hot junction; as temperature changes, a millivolt signal is generated. A1 type J, K, and T probes with heavy-duty 2 meters lead wire transitions allow easy connection to thermocouple extension wire. Measuring ranges are available from -200 to 1000 degrees C. -
Sensors (Adjustable Immersion) (12)
Thermocouples consist of two dissimilar metal wires joined at a hot junction; as temperature changes, a millivolt signal is generated. A1 type J and type K adjustable-depth immersion sensors have integral bayonet caps for easy installation (when used with bayonet or pipe clamp adapters). Measuring ranges are available from 0 to 300 degrees C. -
Sensors (SUS Lug Ring) (4)
Thermocouples consist of two dissimilar metal wires joined at a hot junction; as temperature changes, a millivolt signal is generated. A1 type J and type K bolt-on ring sensors are ideal for nozzles, extruder barrels, die heads, molds and other surface sensing applications. Measuring ranges are available from 0 to 300 degrees C.
